For the first time presented by a Danish company at the largest international exhibition “ISPO Sport.Business.Connected. 2015 Munich” – “Vaavud sleipnir”. This is an anemometer of the future that turns your smartphone into a high-tech meteorological device. Allows you to measure wind speed in the range of 2-40 m / s with an accuracy of + -4% and determine the direction of the wind with the same accuracy (The device makes up to 40,000 measurements per second, which allows you to find out all the smallest changes that are displayed as a graph on your device)
Dimensions: 22 x 45 x 83 mm.
The device comes in a neoprene case, so you can put it in your pocket and not worry about possible damage.

Quick user guide: After simply downloading the free application “vaavud wind meter” in the appStore or Play Market, you can use your anemometer almost immediately. After reading a couple of recommendations to get started, you get to the main menu.
Tab "Measure"
If Vaavud sleipnir is inserted into the device, you can press the “Start” button and the device will start measuring, displaying data on the screen such as: average, maximum and current wind speed in different units of measurement (m/s, km/h, knots… ). When you want to stop the measurement process, press "Stop" and the application will automatically leave a point on the map where and when you took it.
Tab "Map"
You can see the time and place of measurements of other users from all over the world during the last 24 hours on the "Map" tab. Want to windsurf or kite, but don't know if there is wind in a particular place? You can see the measurements of your friends and other users on the general map and make a decision to go to the spot.
Tab "History"
It will allow you to view the history of your measurements for the entire period of use and delete those that were taken incorrectly. This will become available after a quick registration or authorization in your Facebook account.
